TRUCK USAGE RULES

Each Cubby Hole Location has a 15’ to 17’ box truck that can be used when moving into your Cubby Hole Unit. There are a few rules, that if followed, will make the truck usage FREE and all you have to do is pay for your own gas.

  1. Tenant may use truck 1 time per unit and only to move into your Cubby Hole.

    2.
  2. Tenant must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of liability insurance and
    $40 CASH deposit.


    3.
  3. Tenant must return truck full of fuel and provide receipt for purchase of fuel or forfeit deposit in full.


    4.
  4. Vehicle may not leave a 50 mile radius from Cubby Hole.


    5.
  5. Time limits:
    2 hours use for 5x5 or 5x10 unit

    3 hours use for 10x10 or 10x12 unit

    4 hours use for 10x15 or 10x20 unit

    5 hours use for 10x30, 15x20 or 12x20 unit

    6 hours use for 10x40 unit

    6. All time in excess of that allowed is prohibited. Excess time will be charged at $25.00 per hour.
  6. Fifty (50) free miles. All mileage in excess of fifty is at a cost of $.59 per mile plus tax.


    7.
  7. All equipment must be returned at time truck is returned or deposit will be forfeited. Customer is responsible for replacement of all damaged or lost equipment.


    8.
  8. Truck and equipment must be returned clean and ready for next customer. A $20.00 cleaning will apply if not cleaned.

$40 CASH deposit will be returned if the above rules have been followed.
